Mentoring at Seaside Neighborhood School

Our goals through the community/mentoring program are to give students the opportunity to be exposed to career possibilities and to build relationships with professionals in their community. Too often students are not exposed to career choices until they have to declare a major in college or choose training in a technical field. Here at Seaside, we try to expose students to choices at an earlier age so that when it comes time for them to make a decision; they will have a broader base of choices from which to choose.

South Walton Fire Department Sammy Sanchez My name is Sammy Sanchez. I am currently the Fire Marshal for the South Walton Fire District. I have been in the fire service for 16 years. I hold certifications in law enforcement and as an emergency medical technician. I have spent the last 8 ( 9 in January ) years in South Walton. My job includes fire code enforcement, fire investigations and fire/life safety education. I love my job. Camp Creek Larry Livingston Livingston is a certified Audubon Steward, one of the very few so distinguished in Northwest Florida.
